Nonna's house

We made it to Washington in one piece!
Survived the 4 hour plane ride with a SUPER wiggly one year old.
Layla did great, she just was very hard to satisfy.
I had purchased a bunch of $1 toys/activities, treats, coloring books and packed them away in her little backpack.
She was just too excited or something because she'd hold something for 2 seconds and then immediately ask for something else.
Goodness gracious, that girl.
We gave our bigger girls a tiny dosage of dramamine to help ease motion sickness on the plane.
It WIPED Gwen out.
She slept the majority of the flight.
Maggie on the other hand, was quite the challenge.

She was tired but REFUSED to nap, so she screamed and screamed for about a half hour until she finally passed out in my arms.
Once she was asleep, I tried to carefully pass her off to Tanner who was sitting in a completely different row, so I could help assist Layla and Gwen with their backpacks. They sat on either side of me.
She stayed asleep for a little while (40 mins?) and then startled awake when another child started wailing.
Can't get to upset about that.
All in all it went "well" actually better than I had anticipated.
We were very happy to land and get to Nonna's house though!
Let the spoiling and non stop playing commence!

Layla helping Nonna water the plants.
She took this job very seriously.

Gwen swinging away.
I'm not sure if she liked it...
